CSC's Nov New gTLD Report: New gTLD Sites in Alexa Top 1M Up 25% In a Month -
Brand protection and domain name registrar, CSC (Corporation Service Company) has issued its “New gTLD Utilization Report” for November.
According to CSC the number of active” .brands new gTLD’s (those with five or more registrations) increased from October when there were 53 .brand new gTLD’s with five or more registrations to 75 in November, representing a 42% increase.

Donuts: We are not Going To Delete New gTLD Extensions - Donuts has responded to last Friday’s cybersecurity consulting firm Internet Identity (IID) report predicting “the eventual demise of any number of new generic top-level domains (gTLDs) and the websites populated within them—primarily due to financial underperformance”.
Donuts has responded strongly to debunk the report saying as the largest new gTLD operator they will not be closing down any new gTLD strings.

Donuts has 1,527,510 domain registrations according to ntldstats.com (including 35,306 which are upcoming delete) while .XYZ has 1,560,576 active domains according to namestat.org.

The new gTLD .Club has broken through the 400,000 registration mark.
Colin Campbell co-founder of .Club announced on Twitter yesterday that all NNNNN.club domain names were all registered just 2 weeks after all NNNN.club domain names sold out.
Those registrations helped move .club to over 420,000 registrations according to ntldstats.com, which is 100,000 new domain names registrations since just two weeks ago,on November 14th where .club sat at 320,000 registered domain names.

.XYZ just broke through the 1.5 million mark in registered domain names which is net includes pending deletes.
The CEO of XYZ Daniel Negari told TheDomains.com that he was ecstatic! and thinks they should break 2 Million within the next 6 – 9 months.
In general domain world returned to normal numbers over the last few days as yesterday looked like a typical Sunday.
Total new domains were just over 122,000 but only over 12,000 net after deleted domain names.

AT.com Gets a $1.5 Million Bid At NameJet.com - On Thursday we told you that the domain name AT.com was added to the RightoftheDot domain name auction being held as part of the NamesCon Conference on January 11th 2016, for which pre-bidding is now opened on Namejet.com
There is now a qualified $1.5 Million dollar bid on the domain name AT.com which of course is a even a more rare than a Two Letter .com which only has 676 possible combinations since it’s a word as well.

Report: 88.XIN Sells for $180,000 -
According to a blog post appearing in .XIN registry, the domain name 88.XIN recently sold for ¥1,140,888 at a domain name auction, which is around $180,000 USD.
According to the blog post .XIN sold a total of 9 domain names for 3.14 million yuan which equates to over $523K USD.
Other domain name reportedly sold in the auction included 789.xin for 400,500 yuan and 188.xin for 403,800 yuan which comes to around $67k USD each.
