BRS Media Submits Reconsideration Request for Dot Radio - BRS Media the company behind .FM, .AM and Idotz.net, put out a press release that they have submitted a reconsideration request pertaining to the Dot Radio extension. They are seeking to overturn a ruling from last month which said that the European Broadcasting Union had the winning community priority evaluation score. China.info Dropped Yesterday & None Of The Big Drop Catchers Got it: Hexonet Did - The domain name China.info, arugably one of the better .info’s you can get dropped yesterday and none of the big drop catchers got the domain. The domain was caught by the domain name registrar Hexonet.net, which has a backorder program. Fertility App Glow Raises Another $17 million – Should they acquire Glow.com ? - Glow is an app that allows women to track their fertility cycles, they received another $17 million in funding bringing their total up to $23 million. Tech Crunch reported, The company announced in August that it was responsible for getting over 20,000 women pregnant, using the app. It has also added quite a few other apps to the family over the last year with Glow First, Glow for Enterprise and Glow Nurture as well. UDRP Filed on C-A.com and MySchool.com Gets Saved for a Second time - Back on 9/13 we wrote about MySchool.com getting hit with a UDRP for the second time in four years. We published the article as soon as the UDRP was filed, so we had no clue to who was filing the UDRP this time around. Well it was the same person as the first time, Joseph L. Carpenter. As Many As 5K .Com’s Taken Away By Sealed Court Order By Verisign Including Some Of Mine - Overnight I received a notice that several domain names I owned were transferred by a sealed court from Verisign without notice and of course without the court order. The domain names just were transferred by Verisign to another domain and are now listed for sale at another marketplace. Google Entering a Domain Business May Have Less of an Impact on Web.com - Summary Web.com’s stock has declined 36.4% year to date. The decline is being driven by lower revenue guidance and Google announcing their entrance into the domain industry.
