I'm opposed to them, as I've said in the past and continue to say today. However I've generally been supportive of "restricted" TLDs. Feds Seize 46 Domain Names To Celebrate Independence Day - It appears some agency of the Federal Government  seized 46 domain names, all using Godaddy.com servers at DomainControl.com yesterday, on Independence Day in the United States.
