Verizon Files 1st UDRP For a .Porn Domain Name: Verizon.Porn - Verizon has Filed the 1st UDRP For a .Porn Domain Name: Verizon.Porn
The domain name was registered on June 4, 2015 and is owned by an Adam Rothman of Roslyn New York.
Despite paying $1,500 in filing fees to gain control of Verizon.Porn, Verizon hasn’t bothered to register the new gTLD .adult which was released at the same time. Verizon.adult remains unregistered as of publication.

Two domain owners win UDRPs notwithstanding not responding - Panelists don’t blindly assume respondents are cybersquatting in two recent cases.
Although it’s rare, domain name owners sometimes win UDRP filings despite not responding to the allegations. In these cases, the UDRP panelists actually use critical thinking on the merits of the case to make sure the complainant has met its burden. How Did a UDRP Panel In Chooser.com Not Find Reverse Domain Name Hijacking? - Chooser S.A. of Jodoigne, Belgium just lost its attempt to grab the domain name Chooser.com in a UDRP.
The Belgium company didn’t have any registered trademark but attempted to grab the domain name based on a “common law mark” they alleged but could not prove, that they owned the domain back in “2010 when due to an error by someone in the IT department they let the domain drop.”

The owner of Unbiased.co.uk has failed to win rights to the Unbiased.com domain name in a UDRP.

The domain is owned by Kirkland Holdings LLC of Brookline MA since March 2012.

Association Française de Normalisation (AFNOR), a French certification company, has lost a UDRP it filed against the owner of NF.com.
AFNOR uses the domain name marque-nf.com.
