New gTLD abuse yet to spike - New gTLDs faced a quarter of the level of abuse found in established domain name endings, according to research from Architelos. The consultancy’s 2014 NameSentry report revealed that domain names registered in new gTLDs were rarely used for spam, phishing, and malware scams, in comparison to legacy gTLDs.
