XYZ & Negari Beats Verisign In Federal Court, Again: CentralNic Too - .XYZ has just won another court battle against Verisign (VRSN). Back three weeks ago a Federal Court dismissed a case brought by Verisign against XYZ.com,  the registry for .XYZ and Daniel Negari personally alleging  false advertising by granting XYZ and Negari a short summary judgement opinion. Looks like 86 Sunrise Domains For .Law; 30 For .Abogado But Not All Registrants Are Lawyers - The new gTLD’s .Law and .abogado are in general availability but due to the new domain extensions being restricted, registrations are taking a while to show up in the zone file. Today it appears the domain names registered in the Sunrise Period were loaded into the zone and at the moment the count is 86 domain name registrations in .law and 30 for .abogado. Twitter Files 3 New Trademarks: TWTR, N Logo And Niche Creator - Twitter Inc. has filed 3 new trademarks including one for TWTR which is the NYSE stock symbol for the company.
