I Reckon this association needs to re-read a UDRP - Company provides evidence to panel that destroys any chance of it winning UDRP for Reckon.com. Australian company Reckon Limited, which uses the web address reckon.com.au, has lost a UDRP for the domain name Reckon.com. It’s pretty clear what happened in this case.
