Lawsuit filed to redeem stolen X3.com domain name - Domain name was transferred to eName, a popular home for stolen domain names. The person who registered X3.com in 1995 has filed a lawsuit to recover the domain name, which he says was stolen from his DreamHost account. Anthony Alfieri-Crispin alleges (pdf) that the defendant managed to steal the domain name from his account and quickly transfer it to…where else…eName.
