TLD Marketing and Business Development Limited was handed a £5,288.57 fine at Reading Magistrates' Court on Friday, July 24 for selling scooters which failed safety tests. Texas company CMN.com LLC has filed a lawsuit to recover 12 domain names it alleges were stolen from it. According to the suit, the thief gained access to one of its email addresses and was able to use this to transfer the domain names to another registrar.
