First problem Bangz doesn’t own a trademark on the term.
Second problem Bangz didn’t provide the panel any evidence of a common law trademark.
Third problem Bangz didn’t present any evidence to the Panel any evidence.
They seemed to just file the complaint

Neustar Reports: Revenue Up 8%; Sets $250 Million Repurchase Plan - Neustar, Inc. (NSR), announced results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 and affirmed its guidance for 2013.
Neustar is the backend provider for several TLD’s including .Us and .Co and hundreds of new gTLD’s and is going to operate the .NYC extension on behalf of the city of New York
The company also announced that it plans to purchase up to $250 million of its Class A common shares beginning May 7, 2013 through December 31, 2013.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ICM: Over 1,000 .XXX Domains Registered In 1st 24 Hours - The ICM registry says they have sold over 1,000 new .XXX registrations in first 24 hrs since they announced yesterday the temporary price decrease.
Of the domain registered in the last 24 hours the average domain years was 2.3.

Nigeria slashes second turn .ng registration cost by 97% -
Domains used to cost $3,165 per year.
According to an article on This Day Live, Nigeria Internet Registration Association (NIRA), the registry for .ng domain names, has reduced the price of registering a second level .ng domain name by 97% to NGN 15,000.
That’s equivalent to about $95 USD.
Previously, the group had been charging NGN 500,000, or $3,165 per year, for a second level .ng registration.

CitizenHawk Loses UDRP For Advance Auto Parts On 3 Typo Domains - CitizenHawk just lost a UDRP on 3 domain names which are all a typo’s of one of its clients Advance Auto Parts.
The panel clearly indicated that CitizenHawk screwed the case up submitting WHOIS papers which indicated a creation date for the domain name in 1969.
Yes 1969, the year of the Miracle Mets and the year man first walked on the Moon.

Vertical Axis Represented By Ari Goldberger Beats Back UDRP On Mclarin.com - Vertical Axis Inc. which was represented by Ari Goldberger of Esqwire.com, just beat back a UDRP on the domain name Mclarin.com.
The complaint was filed by McLaren Health Care Corporation which won all 11 previously filed UDRP cases including 10 it won so far in 2013 after getting a registered trademark back in October 2012.
