UDRP On CrowdSurfing.com Rejected: The Domain Holder Just Bought a Domain & Didn’t Respond - A one member panel just rejected the UDRP brought by LiveOne Group, Ltd. on the domain name CrowdSurfing.com despite the fact that Liveone had an US trademark on the term, the domain name was recently purchased and the domain holder didn’t even bother to respond to the UDRP.
The complainant apparently had the opportunity to buy the domain for around $6,000 through Buydomains.com between May and July of this year.
However Liveone hesitated and the domain was purchased by the current domain holder.

Godaddy.com To Have 2 Super Bowl Commercials Both Starting Danica Patrick - During a Go Daddy news conference today, Bob Parsons, the company’s Executive Chairman and Founder, ended speculation about whether Go Daddy Girl Danica Patrick would be in this year’s Super Bowl commercial.
Parsons announced Danica will be in both of Go Daddy’s two thirty-second Super Bowl ads next year. Parsons did not specify the creative content.
Danica has been in more Super Bowl ads than any other celebrity in Super Bowl history.

Priceline Buys Kayak.com For $1.8 Billion - Priceline.com bought Kayak.com for $1.8 Billion dollars today in cash and stock just four month after becoming a public company.
Priceline will pay $40 a share for the company, a 29% premium to its closing price of $31.04 Thursday and 54% more than its initial public offering price in July of $26 a share.
Kayak reported$224 million in revenues last year, and processed 302 million users queries for travel information in the quarter ending in September, a 31 percent jump over the same period last year.

The domain holder was represented by ESQwire.com Law Firm.
The domain is parked and according to the complainant has been parked for some 15 years.
