TeamworkPM recently bought the Teamwork.com domain name for $675,000 and is rebranding its business around the domain name.

Donuts’ subsequent 7 sunrises: usually 2 tip 100 domain names -
Based on zone files, only two of Donuts’ second batch of TLDs to go through sunrise topped 100 registrations.
Last week I wrote about Donuts’ first seven sunrises, each of which typically resulted in about 100-200 registrations.
The next batch of seven domain names has concluded sunrise, and the numbers are markedly lower: only two reached 100 domain names, according to the latest zone files.

Sandwich.co Sells For 18K After The .Com Sells For $137,500 - The domain name sandwich.co sold on Sedo today for $18,000 USD.
Yahoo sold the domain name Sandwich.com for $137,500 back in November 2013 also on Sedo.
The buyer of Sandwich.co is Sandwich Company of Los Angeles, California.
The buyer of Sandwich.com seems to be a different party.
The purchase price of the .co is over 13% of the .com.
Congrats to the buyer and seller.

Go Daddy Auctions Market Report January 2014
Go Daddy sold 4386 less domains in January vs the previous month. In total there were 35, 209 sales in January vs 39,595 in December. Last January Go Daddy sold 35,156 in January.
The top sale was spokes.com at $40,000 currently resolving to a parked page and was registered in 1995.
As usual Online was the most popular keyword, this has been a trend for many months.

GoDaddy Auctions helped sell over 35,000 domain names last month.
GoDaddy Auction’s monthly market report is out, and it is reporting 35,209 sales for January. This preliminary number is typically adjusted upward later in the month.

GoDaddy and Afternic combined to sell nearly $1.8 million worth of domain names last week. Here are some that were sold to end users.

The numbers are in! Donuts sunrises typically get 100+ domains, though they also got gamed -
Most of Donuts domain names received at least 100 sunrise registrations, and some of them are of questionable merit.
Donuts has just published its zone files for the seven domain names that recently exited sunrise. Most of the domains have at least 100 domains in their zone files, but there’s also some curious activity: it appears Donuts got gamed by some of its fellow applicants.

$1277 seems to be a sorcery series this week, though something does not seem right - In the Sedo weekly sales report it seems a lot of names that should fetch a price far greater than $1277 sold this week.
As astutely pointed out in the comments by Dan, Jose and Todd there seems to be something odd here.
Thighs, Their, Byline, Broth, Chose, Monologue, Gaiters, Chard, Succubus, Saviour, and Trying all bought for $1,277 each all by the same person. They were sold by the the same owner Virginia Comito. She was featured in Beta Beat back in 2011

Ex-Wrestler; Dancing With The Stars Contestant, Stacy Keibler Buys Her .Com For $5,500 - Stacy Keibler the ex-wrestling star and well as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars and the ex-girlfriend of George Clooney just bought the her matching domain name of StacyKeibler.com which just sold for 3,333 GBP or $5,500.

Report: Dailymail.com “Sold For As Much As £1m-plus” (1.65 Million) - According to a story in TheGuardian.com, whose parent company operates Mail Online otherwise known as the Daily Mail General Trust “has paid potentially as much as £1m-plus to secure the valuable domain name. DailyMail.com”
One Million British Pounds Equal just over $1.650,000.
According to the story “Mail Online is switching from a .co.uk to .com homepage address, following protracted negotiations with the US paper that owned the dailymail.com domain name”.

Donuts tops $5 million in “orders and commitments” -
New TLD company reports metrics as it gets ready for general availability later this week.
New top level domain name “mega registry” Donuts says it has topped $5 million in “orders and commitments” for its services so far.
Seven of Donuts new top level domain names exited sunrise yesterday. Next up they’ll go into the “Early Access Program” and then general availability by January 29.
It has another 40 domain names currently in sunrise.

Man who sole Teamwork.com for $675k tells his story -
Seller acquired the domain name from Great Domains over a decade ago.
Earlier this week Silicon Republic reported that Irish tech company Teamwork PM acquired the domain name Teamwork.com for $675,000.
I reached out to the seller, Alex Lerman, to confirm the sale and ask for more details.
He confirmed that the $675,000 sale took place via Escrow.com and the seller buyer paid the escrow fees. He also gave this background:

TeamWork.com Sold For $675,000 To Company With $12 Million In Sales -
According to Siliconrepublic.com, an Irish software company located in Cork, TeamworkPM just bought the domain name Teamwork.com for $675,000.
According to domaintools.com is appears the domain name was actually sold last year by domain investor Alexander Lerman to the software company.
Alexander acquired the domain name back in 1999.
The software company which bought the domain has 20,000 customers in 147 countries includingeBay, Microsoft, Oxfam, Forbes, PayPal, Electronic Arts and NBC.
