Wokingham scooter company fined twice for breaching regulations - A Wokingham business has been fined for the second time after selling potentially dangerous scooters. TLD Marketing and Business Development Limited was handed a £5,288.57 fine at Reading Magistrates' Court on Friday, July 24 for selling scooters which failed safety tests.
