Alpnames.com Offering Free .Party New gTLD Domain Name Registrations - Alpnames.com the registrar who offered free and then $.49 domain names for .Science which just broke the 250,000 domain registration mark, announced today that is was now offering free .Party domains.
Famous Four Media is the registry for both .Science and .Party.
As we discussed before Alpnames.com which is located in Gibraltar as is Famous Four, only seems to have sold registrations on Famous Four’s extensions.

New gTLD .Sale Gets 165 EAP Day 5 Domain Name Registrations; .Video 125 - The new gTLD .Sale which launches into general availability (GA) on Wednesday got 165 registrations on the 5th day of the Early Access program which allows registrants to pay an extra fee to get to register domain names ahead of GA.

ICM Just Made $1.2 Million On Sunrise Registrations For A $370K Investment - The ICM registry, which is the operator of .XXX, announced a short time ago that their two new extensions .porn and .adult each got around 4,000 registrations in the Sunrise Period which was opened to trademark holders.
The wholesale cost for each sunrise registration was just $62, which is quite a bargain considering that the wholesale cost of a .sucks registration is around $2K + for any domain they deemed as “premium” going up to $185K wholesale for a domain like ICANN.sucks

.Fit Finishes 1st Day Of General Availability With 1,269 Domains - .Fit which launched into General Availability yesterday by Minds + Machines wound up with 1,269 domain names including selling some of those premium domain names we talked about yesterday.
.Fit had less than 75 domains registered during the sunrise period by trademark holders so basically picked up 1,200 registrations yesterday.

Associations not authorised to arrangement listings underneath .realtor domain - There is a rift between Move Inc. and the National Association of Realtors, Inman.com reports that associations will not be able to display or even link to property listings on a .Realtor domain. So far there are about 96,000 .Realtor registrations.

Walmart has filed a UDRP on the new gTLD domain Walmart.lgbt.

Minds + Machines: Premium Names Are 3%.of Registrations; 25% of Revenue - Minds + Machines Group Limited (LSE:MMX), released some interesting information in a press release we received overnight.
Premium Names accounts for approximately 3%. of Minds + Machines new gTLD registrations, but accounts for 25% of its revenue.

.Science which launched at the end of February is still adding more domain registrations a day than any other new gTLD extension by far on a daily basis
Yesterday .Science added another 3K+ domain registrations as it did the day before and the day before that.
Around 85% of all registrations are coming from Alpnames.com which gave away about 50K domain names for free and are currently selling .Science domain for $.49.
I’ve seen other registrars selling .Science domains for a dollar.
