Nominet proposes second turn .uk domain names - Hi @Nic and all: The “Sunrise” period has, to my knowledge no legal standing in Court, anywhere; and if an owner of a Trademark happens to miss the window, offered by Nominet, the “registered” owner, has recourse through the UK (or any) Federal Court and the IPO.gov.uk, issued document will win well after the sunrise. MobilePhones.co.uk Sale May Result in Dropped Call - Sellers disputes auction, saying it didn’t authorize sale of domain. Last month the domain name MobilePhones.co.uk sold on Sedo for 91,500 GPB.
