Go Daddy has updated its Domain Market Report to reflect April numbers.
In total, Go Daddy Auctions sold 39,488 domains during the month. This number is typically revised up after the initial report. In March Go Daddy sold 43,409 domains.
The top ten sales last month were:

Go Daddy has a good month for aftermarket sales.
Go Daddy Auctions saw an uptick in sales last month, completing 35,156 domain sales. That’s higher than previous months by about 2,000 domain names.
The top 10 sales were:
numotion.com $45,750 – purchased by an advertising agency in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
discountloans.com $39,000
washingtondcrealestate.com $28,500 – sold by Frank Schilling, hasn’t transferred yet.

Go Daddy Auctions sole 32,767 domains in December, led by $50k Marchex deal -
Travel domain sells for $50,000 to lead Go Daddy sales last month.
Go Daddy Auctions is reporting 32,767 domain names sold in December.
The top sale was VisitSanFrancisco.com, a domain sold by Marchex. The $50,000 purchase was made by San Francisco Travel Association, which owns SanFrancisco.travel.

silvergate.com $22,000 – purchased by Silvergate Bank in Southern California. The bank’s site is SilvergateBank.com.

Go Daddy Auctions sells 32,151 domains in November -
MyModa.com and Funlife.com lead the way.
Go Daddy has updated its Auctions Domain Market Report with results from last month.
Last month Go Daddy auctions sold sold 32,151 domain names, which is down just slightly from the month before.
Monthly domain sales in the low 30,000 range seems to be the new norm on the site.

Go Daddy to auction .info “sunrise tentative reallocation” domains -
Auction features domains originally reserved during 2001 sunrise.
Domain name registry Afilias is working with Go daddy to auction off over 100 domain names claimed in the .info sunrise that were later deemed ineligible.
The 106 domain auction runs December 4 through December 14.

Go Daddy Auctions sells 30,000+ domains in September -
Another month of over 30,000 domain name sales in Go Daddy’s aftermarket.
Go Daddy Auctions is reporting over 30,000 domains sold last month.
The ticker shows 30,839; the number is typically adjusted upward as final tallies come in.
The top reported sale for last month is CashLady.com at $36,000. The domain name was purchased by PDB UK, a payday loans broker in the United Kingdom.

Go Daddy Auctions sells 31,481 domains in August -
TeachingJobs.com heads list of domain name sales.
The monthly Go Daddy Auctions Domain Market Report is out, and the headline number is 31,481 domain names sold during August.
That’s lower than July’s 33,373 domains.
The top sale for August was TeachingJobs.com at a strong $89,250. The domain name appears to have been previously developed or used as a lead gen site.

Go Daddy Auctions Jun sales down (but that doesn’t meant a downturn in a market) -
Aftermarket domain sales robust despite lower numbers on Go Daddy Auctions.
Last month Go Daddy Auctions sold 31,896 domain names.
That’s down from 35,094 in May. The number of domains sold on the platform has been on a downward trend for several months.

Go Daddy releases monthly stats about aftermarket domain sales.
The Go Daddy Auctions Domain Market Report for May is out.
Last month the company sold 35,094 domain names through its aftermarket platform. That’s down slightly from 36,103 in April.
54% of domains sold via auction while 45% were fixed price sales. 1% sold through negotiation.

Go Daddy Triples Auction Fees to 15% -
Auction fees go up as domains get more exposure.
Go Daddy Auctions has increased its sales commission three-fold from 5% to 15%.
This change was noticed by Hybrid Domainer earlier today.
The auction price increase makes sense given that auction listings now show up in the registration path when someone searches for the exact domain name on Go Daddy.

Go Daddy has started to show domain names that are listed on its auction platform to users searching for available domain names.
For example, if you try to register Branson365.com, you’ll see this:

GoDaddy Sells IPS.com for $37,505 -
Another five figure sale courtesy of Go Daddy Auctions.
Last week I wrote about GoDaddy selling BusinessTube.com for $25,000. Go Daddy only reports certain sales it makes each week, and only sales made on its Go Daddy Auctions site. So we don’t always see five figure deals on its lists.
But they did it again this week, selling IPS.com for $37,505. The domain’s whois record has been protected by privacy for a while so it’s unclear who the buyer is.

GoDaddy Sells BusinessTube.com for $25,000 -
Registrar sells another five figure domain name through Go Daddy Auctions.
GoDaddy has sold the domain name BusinessTube.com through its Go Daddy Auctions (aka TDNAM) platform for $25,000. The domain name was registered back in 2006 and just purchased by a California man. A visit to BusinessTube.com shows a logo with a message that the site will be going online this summer.

Go Daddy Opens Closeout Auctions to Public -
Registrar opens up “closeout” section of domain aftermarket.
GoDaddy has removed the membership requirement to its domain name aftermarket platform in order to be able to buy “closeout” domains.
Closeouts are last-effort sales of expired domain names priced at $5-$9 plus the cost of registration. Previously, buyers had to have a membership to Go Daddy Auctions (a.k.a. TDNAM) in order to purchase these domains. Membership is no longer required.
