Endurance International acquires Constant Contact for $1.1 billion - The acquisition machine continues. Endurance International Group (NASDAQ: EIGI) has acquired email marketing company Constant Contact for $1.1 billion in an all-cash deal. Shares in Constant Contact (NASDAQ: CTCT) closed Friday at $26.10, for a market cap of about $840 million. Endurance is paying $32.00 per share, and shares in Constant Contact have jumped in pre-market trading. One domain name batch is indeed adult today - Endurance manages to eek out small gain so far today. The DOW opened down 1,000 points today. How domain name bonds did on GoDaddy's IPO day - Competitors also get bump as GoDaddy soars. GoDaddy went public yesterday and shares immediately shot up 30%, giving the company a $4 billion market cap. In very early trading today it’s up another 3%.
