Photon Group Continues to Buy Dark Blue Sea Shares - Battle over Fabulous’ parent company continues to escalate. Photon Group Limited, which is trying to force out the Chairman of the Board of Dark Blue Sea and place two of its own on the board, continues to buy shares in Dark Blue Sea. According to a regulatory filing (pdf), Photon has acquired nearly 1.8 million shares of Dark Blue Sea (DBS.AX) on the open market since the beginning of July.
