Noktala Beats Back UDRP On Kanka.com Brought By Bllistex - Blistex Inc. brought a UDRP against Noktala Co. Ltd., who was represented by The Muscovitch Law Firm on the domain name Kanka.com
Blistex owns a trademark on the term KANK-A.
The domain was going to a parked page with a sales link.
Apparently the complainant offered to buy the domain, but their offers were rejected, although the decision did not report the amount of the offers.
In all a very good decision for domain holders.

RH.com Sale: The Buyer is Restoration Hardware & They Paid $304,000 - Yet another find by George Kirikos, the domain name RH.com which was recently purchased Restoration Hardware and reported by Elliotsblog.com a month ago, was bought for $304,000
The finding is from a Sec filing by the company.
According to the filing “In July 2012, the Company purchased the domain rights to the web address “www.rh.com” for $0.3 million”
In the cash flow statement its shown as (304) (in thousands), so that’s $304,000

Google and Yahoo .ie domain nameservers temporarily hijacked -
Visitors to Google.ie and Yahoo.ie yesterday didn’t get what they were looking for.
Yesterday the whois record for Google.ie was temporarily changed, along with its nameservers. Michele Neylon of Blacknight was first to write about the hijacking.
The nameservers for Yahoo.ie were also temporarily changed.
