Online shoe retailer ShoeBuy.com might need to re-read the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Policy.
It just lost its third UDRP. It has only won three times.
This latest loss comes courtesy of typosquatting recovery firm CitizenHawk, which helped ShoeBuy.com go after ShowBuy.com.

UGN.com Under Same Ownership For 10+ Years Hit With UDRP - The three letter domain name UGN.com which appears to have been owned or under the control of Boca Database Services, Inc since at least 2004, has been hit with a UDRP.
The domain name is not resolving.
The last entry that Screenshots.com has for the domain name is from 2009, and it looks to be an very simply placeholder.

TechCrunch.com Wins Rights To The The Hack Domain TechCrun.ch in UDRP - A one member UDRP panel just awarded the domain name hack of Techcrun.ch to the publisher of Techcrunch.com which also owns the domain name TechCrunch.ch
For those that don’t know a domain hack is where a registrant uses a domain extension, typically a two letter country code (ccTLD) to spell a word.
In this case the .Ch extension is the country code for Switzerland and since its a ccTLD is subject to the rules, regulations and laws of the underlying country.

MSC.com Purchased At Sedo Auction For $48K In Dec Saved In UDRP - MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company Holding S.A. of Geneva, Switzerland, just lost its attempt to grab the domain name MSC.com
Its an interesting case because the domain name was acquired by the domain holder Paul Kocher, in a Sedo auction for $48,000 in December 2013 Actually Jeremiah Johnston of Sedo represented the domain holder.
After the auction the trademark holder offered to buy the domain for $50,000 which the domain holder rejected and the UDRP was filed.

The Great Courses loses dual UDRPs on a same day -
Company that owns TheGreatcourses.com loses two cases in one day.
The Teaching Company, LLC, d/b/a The Great Courses, lost two UDRPs on the same day this week.
The company lost a case filed against Marchex for GreatCourses.com and against Michael Berkens for GreatCourse.com. Conveniently, John Berryhill represented both parties.
In both cases, The Great Courses failed to prove the domain names were registered and used in bad faith.

UDRP’s Filed On Verb.com, QIQ.com and AmericanForce.com - Two UDRP’s were just filed against two very good domain names.
Moroccanoil Israel Ltd. Verb Hair Products Canada Inc./Verb Products Inc. filed the UDRP against Verb.com
Verb.com has been owned since at lease 2002 by a Richard Bloxham.
According to Screenshots.com the domain name Verb.com has been parked since at least August 2005.
The parked page that I see currently and the one’s viewable on Screenshots appear to only contain links to language and nothing about hair products.

14 Year Old eMoney.com Hit With UDRP; URS Filed On Sci.Technology - The owner of the domain name eMoney.com has just gotten hit with a UDRP.
The domain name according to DomainTools.com has an original registration date of 2000 and the registrant/administrative contact still as it was in 2000, a “E Will”.
The domain name current seems to be directing into an advertising program as opposed to going to a site or a PPC or landing page.
The domain was until December of 2013 according to screenshots.com parked for many years.

Mrs. Jello Loses UDRP On Milly.com After Rejecting Offer To Sell & Not Filing An Answer - Milly LLC of New York, New York, just won control of the domain name Milly.com in a UDRP which was owned by Mrs. Jello, LLC which of course the company owned by the late Igal Lichtman.

Patient.co.uk UDRP Bid To Grab Patient.com Denied; $2 Million Asking Price May Have Doomed RDNH - Egton Medical Information Systems Limited of the United Kingdom which owns and operates Patient.co.uk, lost its attempt to grab the domain name Patient.com in a UDRP.
The domain owner is Health Axis Group of Tampa, Florida.
Despite the three member panel of Gabriela Kennedy, Nick J. Gardner and David E. Sorkin finding that the Complainant didn’t meet any of the three requirements of the UDRP, they did not find Reverse Domain Name Hijacking nor did they even discuss the issue.

Egton Medical loses big time, but panel doesn’t admonish it for frivolous filing.
Egton Medical Information Systems Limited has lost a UDRP it filed against Health Axis Group LLC in March over the domain name Patient.com.
This was a particularly egregious filing and obvious abuse of the policy. The three person panel found that Egton Medical didn’t prove any of the three prongs of the UDRP.
