A restaurant in Turkey has been found guilty of reverse domain name hijacking over the domain name develi.com.
The complainant runs a restaurant chain called Develi and uses the domain name DeveliKebap.com.
A key problem for the complainant was that Develi is also the name of a city in Turkey. Although the complainant has trademarks including “Develi”, these are figurative marks as part of a drawing.

UDRP Filed To Recover Another Stolen 3 Letter .Com From Godaddy: CIN.com - A UDRP has been filed on a 3 letter .com and seems to be an attempt by the previous owner, CIN-CORPORACAO INDUSTRIAL DO NORTE, S.A. to recover the domain name CIN.com which appears to have recently stolen from CIN’s Godaddy account
The domain name was owned by CIN-CORPORACAO until October 17th when it was transferred to Ename.com of China

Loser of WWE.Org UDRP Tells World Wrestling Entertainment He Is Not Happy - After losing a UDRP on the domain name WWE.org the owner of the domain has a message for the World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. who won the National Arbitration Forum decision, and its fair to say the domain holder is not too pleased.

Case filed with World Intellectual Property Organization against Photo.com.
The domain name Photo.com has been hit with a UDRP filing at World Intellectual Property Organization.
According to a 2010 story at TheDomains, Moniker brokered the sale of this domain name back then for $1.25 million.

20 Year Old NUVO.Com Saved in A One Member Panel UDRP & Domain Holder Didn’t Respond - SiTV, Inc. of Glendale, California, just lost its bid to grab the domain name Nuvo.com in a UDRP.
The one member panel decision of Michael A. Albert rejected the claim even though the domain holder, which is now a Bankruptcy Trustee, did not file a formal response.
The opinion did not mention the registration date of the domain or any change in ownership.

Planet Fitness, a chain of over 800 fitness clubs in the United States, has been found guilty of reverse domain name hijacking for its attempt to get the domain name judgmentfree.com.
This is despite the domain name owner not even responding to the dispute.
