Sedo Transactions Total $1.6 Million Led By Same.com For $233,333 -

Sedo reported that 673 exchange took place on Sedo’s marketplace and around SedoMLS, totaling $1.6 Million Dollars

56% of sum sales were a outcome of Buy Now listings.

150 Sedo Direct Auctions started on initial day - Domain name owners jump on Sedo’s new Direct Auction option. Apparently there’s quite a bit of demand to start an auction on the Sedo marketplace. Sedo now lets clients start their possess domain name auctions - Domainers can start their own reserve auctions…for a fee. Sedo is offering domain name sellers a new option to start an auction on its domain name marketplace. Pax.com Sells on Sedo.com For $200,000 - The three letter .com market has been on fire this year and today the domain name Pax.com sold for $200,000 on Sedo. The domain name has been under privacy at Moniker since at least 2006. The last listed owner before the domain went under privacy was Kim Site-Development Enterprises of Beverly Hills, CA in 2006. The domain name is still under escrow at Sedo. Domain name marketplace Sedo had a banner week, closing 543 transactions for a larger-than-normal $1.8 million tally. Sedo augmenting smallest offers and commissions - Low-ball offers now must be a bit higher. Domain name marketplace Sedo is increasing the minimum offer people have to make on a domain name as well as the minimum commission sellers pay. Effective April 9, the minimum offer for most domains will increase from $60 to $90 (or EUR) or 75 GBP. Sellers will pay at least a $60 commission on all sales.
