Moki.com closes during $66,100 on NameJet - Moki.com closed today at $66,100 on NameJet. There seemed to be quite a bit of conversation on Twitter. Deals.XYZ Sells For $8,100 On NameJet.com - In a Namejet.com auction which just closed today the domain name Deals.xyz just sold for $8,100. The price marks the highest amount paid for a .xyz domain name, a new gTLD extension which hasn’t even been delegated yet. If should be noted that the application fee for .XYZ was $185,000 so this one domain name repays the registry 4% of the application fee. Liu.com Leads NameJet Reported Sales in Jan 2014 - NameJet reports $836,000 in reported sales for January. It was another strong month for short names as 34 out of the 83 reported names were 6 characters or less, including the top 7 sales. 5.co.uk Sells For $67,611 on NameJet.com - The domain name 5.co.uk sold for a very nice $67,611 on NameJet.com today, leading all .co.uk sales for the month on that platform. There have been quite a few .co.uk domain names up for sale this month on Namejet.com which coupled with the announcement by Nominet that company that runs the .Uk ccTLD that they will be assigning .UK domains with the .co.uk owner getting first shot. NameJet.com Reports $281K in Reportable Sales In Aug 2013 Led By EPH.com At $18K - Namejet.com just issued its reportable sales for August which totaled over $281K. To be clear not all sales are reportable only sales of $2K or more are included and only sales that were paid for by August 31, 2013 are included in the total. Onions.com After Selling At NameJet A 4 Days Ago For $19K Put Up For Sale For $90K - The domain name Onions.com sold on Namejet.com last week for $19,100. There were 289 bidders in the domain auction of those only 4 bid $10,000 or more. The domain was highly promoted by NameJet.com. Today the Onions.com is up for sale in  at TobyClements.com and in his daily newsletter. I’m certainly not against someone trying to flip the domain name in a week for a 70K profit but I would think a substantial number of people who receive the daily news letter also knew about the NameJet.com auction. All domains sales were led by Meifa.com which sold for $25,655 and MUI.com which was right behind at $24,999 In all only 69 domain names sold for $2k or more.
