RDNH alert: Duplicitous exchange doom Digilove domain dispute -
Electronic dance website guilty of reverse domain name hijacking after engaging in “duplicitous dealings”.
I have to admit, I don’t expect much business or legal sense from a company that uses the domain name digi10ve.com for a site it calls “Digilove”…
Ryan P. Boggs of the site Digi10ve.com filed a seven-sentence UDRP pleading with WIPO to try to wrestle the domain name Digilove.com away from Frank Schilling.
The case was filed with the help of attorney ... read more ...

Why do people rubbish income filing this arrange of UDRP opposite Name Administration? -
No one has ultimately prevailed after filing a UDRP against Name Administration.
Before you filed a UDRP, you’d think you’d google the domain name’s owner to learn more.
Yet time after time I see people file long shot UDRP complaints against Frank Schilling’s Name Administration.
Today’s winner is the company that filed against Klipz.com.
Since the case was filed at National Arbitration Forum, we don’t yet know who the complainant is.
There’s one registered ... read more ...

Companies buy domains from Frank Schilling’s Name Administration all the time, but here’s an example that’s in an SEC filing. It also shows that Schilling is willing to sell domains on a payment plan.

…and they lose.
IDN, Inc., the company that runs Locksmith Dealers of America (LSDA), picked a fight with the wrong guy. (Sorry, I couldn’t help it.)
The company filed a UDRP against Frank Schilling’s Name Administration over the domain name LSDA.com.
Apparently IDN, Inc. decided that 2012 was a good year to create a web site after many years in business. Hey, better late than never.
But it wanted the short and simple domain LSDA.com. It offered up to $5,000 ... read more ...

Frank Schilling’s company Name Administration has reached a settlement with the holder of a trademark for Cheat Code, according to documents at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Late last year CheatCodes.com LLC started going after people who had “cheat code” in their domain names, thanks to somehow slipping the generic term “Cheat Code” past a USPTO examiner. It went after small webmasters, but also sent a demand ... read more ...

Name Administration Challenges “Cheat Code” Trademark -
Frank Schilling’s company files petition for cancellation after trademark owner threatens it.
If you’ve ever filed for a trademark, you know that it can be a challenging process to get approval. Just ask hotels.com and mattress.com, which have failed in their attempts.
But trademarks are inevitably improperly approved by the Unites States Patent and Trademark Office every day. Such is the case with “Cheat Code”, a generic term referring to codes in video ... read more ...

Name Administration to offer direct ad placement on its domain names.
Perhaps in a bid to counter falling pay-per-click revenue, Frank Schilling’s company Name Administration is soliciting direct advertisers via a banner on some of its parked pages:
The service will be called LinkBox. The description at Linkbox.com reads:

Frank Schilling Tests New Domain Parking Templates -
Schilling’s Name Administration tests new parking templates.
Mike Cohen of WannaDevelop.com has made some interesting observations about Frank Schilling’s parked domains. It seems that Schilling is testing some new designs.
Here’s what a typical Name Administration (owned by Schilling) domain that I come across looks like:
You have a relevant graphical header, 5 keyword tabs along the top, a section of either direct ad links or related keywords, related keywords ... read more ...

Frank Schilling Changes Registrar Name -
Registrar for Frank Schilling’s Name Administration empire changes name.
I was always a bit confused about the name of Frank Schilling’s domain registrar, Domain Name Sales Corp. Schilling would lament on his blog about how many purchase inquiries he received, when he generally did not sell domains. Well, if I saw a domain name registered at “Domain Name Sales Corp”, I would think it was for sale.
An astute reader noticed that the name of the registrar ... read more ...

Frank Schilling, with help of John Berryhill, successfully defend domain name.
Frank Schilling’s Name Administration has won an arbitration case brought by a trampoline company. Domain name attorney John Berryhill represented Schilling.
NAOP, LLC, which apparently manufactures trampolines under the JUMPRO brand, filed for arbitration. I can find little information about the company, and jumpro.com is in use by a company unrelated to the trampoline manufacturer.
