Hasta ahora no había ninguna información oficial de Google acerca del tratamiento de las nuevas extensiones de dominio, pero ya trascendió y la respuesta es que NO. Los nuevos dominios de nivel superior (gTLD) no tendrán preferencia sobre otros dominios no geolocalizados y no se considerarán geolocalizados aunque tengan el nombre de una ciudad en la extensión.
