I’m behind on end user sales reports due to HostingCon and some travel. This is the Afternic list I would have published last week, so the sale occurred a couple weeks ago. There are big names on this list, including Hubspot and Target.
Melvynlux Co. Ltd bought the abbreviated name Melvyn.com for $26,000.
Hershewe Law Firm bought KnowYourLegalRights.com for $17,500.

Afternic.com Sells $1.2 Million Led By Quif.com At $20K - Afternic.com just released its weekly report for the week of 6/10/13 – 6/16/13.
Total domain sales for the week, including confidential sales and sales under $1000, summed to $1,202,401
All sales were led by Quif.com which sold for $20,000.
Non-.com sales were led by Knowledge.info at $12,000

Environmental company Summerhill Group bought Summerhill.com for $12,500.
Clearwater Seafoods in Nova Scotia bought ClearwaterLobster.com for $1,088.

Afternic.com Sells $2.3 Million In Domains Led By One Of Ours WOI.com For $35K - Afternic’s just reported its weekly domain sales for the previous two weeks (5/20/13 – 6/2/13).
Total domain sales including confidential sales and sales under $1000, summed to $ 2,267,480.
All sales were led by one of our domain names (MostWantedDomains.com) WOI.com which sold for $35,000.
All Non-com’s were led by BIN.net which sold for $15,000

Afternic signs a big distribution agreement.
Before jumping into this week’s list of Afternic end user sales, Afternic made a big announcement today. It inked a deal with Directi to sell its premium domains through Directi’s registrars. This means Afternic has deals with 9 of the top 10 domain registrars.
OK, on to the sales.
Education advocacy group Achieve, Inc. bought BusinessandEducation.com for $2,488.

Afternic.com Sells Almost $1.1 Million In Domains Led By GlobalOffice.com For $32,500 - Afternic’s just posted it reportable weekly domain sales for the week of 5/13/13 – 5/19/13.
Total domain sales for the week, including confidential sales and sales under $1000, summed to $ 1,085,990.
All sales were lead by Globaloffice.com which sold for $32,500
Frank Schillings NameAdministration sold the domain name margaritamachine.com (everyone should have one of these) for $19K
In non-com sales Home.info sold for $7,500 and three 2 numbered repeater .Pw domain names sold for $1K each

What domains P&G, Univision, and 22 other finish users bought final week -
PG in France, Univision, and a Blue Cross Blue Shield affiliate among big name buyers at Afternic last week.
Afternic sold just over $1 million in domains last week. The highest sale was FreeBackup.com, which was purchased by a direct response company.
Direct response company Fiorentino Media bought FreeBackup.com for $45,000.
California grocery store Los Olivos Grocery bought LosOlivosGrocery.com for $1,477.

Afternic Sells $1M In Domain Names Led By FreeBackup.com For $45K - Afternic’s just published its reportable weekly domain sales for the week of 5/06/13 – 5/12/13.
Total domain sales for the week, including confidential sales and sales under $1000, summed to $ 1,009,097
Sales were led by FreeBackup.com which sold for $45,000 which was sold by Frank Schilling’s Name Administration (they still own FreeBackups.com) on the other hand the domain name Mybackups.com sold for $2,995.

Afternic sold just over $1 million worth of domains last week. Here are 22 of the purchases that were clearly to end users.

Before jumping into the Afternic end user sales list, here’s a bonus end user sale that didn’t happen through Afternic but I learned about: ViSalus, which owns VI.com, bought VI.co.uk for $18,500.

Afternic.com Sells $1.2MM In Domains Led By Seeq.com For $33K - Afternic.com just released its weekly domain sales for the week of 4/22/13 – 4/28/13.
Total domain sales for the week, including confidential sales and sales under $1000, summed to $1,212,847.
The highest sale was Seeq.com, which sold for $33,000 which was a BuyDomains.com owned domain.
Other reportable high dollar sales were DigiDeals.com for $15,000 and DrugDangers.com for $13,500 which was one of ours.

Gibson Research Corporation bought SteveGibson.net for $1,477. The company was founded by Steve Gibson.
Vancouver Laptop paid $25,000 for TabletScreen.com. It spent $1,499 for ReplacementScreen.com earlier this year.
Global Software in Raleigh, North Carolina paid $2,000 for GlobalSoftwareInc.com. It currently uses GLBsoft.com as its web address.

GFA.com leads Afternic auction on SnapNames -
Lots of good domains in auction ending Friday.
Afternic is running another auction on the SnapNames platform and it’s attracting lots of bidders.
The auction includes 136 domains with reserve ranges starting as low as $200 to as high as $250,000. It ends on Friday.
As of right now the three letter domain GFA.com has the highest bid at $11,249. The reserve has been met.
Also keep an eye on sweat.com. It has been bid up to $7,750, but the reserve is between $10,000-$25,000.
