Federal Court Holds In Favor Of Godaddy In Suit For Cybersquatting & Contributory Cybersquatting - A Federal Court has held that Godaddy.com was not liable to a trademark holder although the domain was being “forwarded” by Godaddy to the registrants hosting company.
