Groupon Raises $500 Million - Ft.com is reporting that Groupon has raised $500 million in sale of preferred stock just weeks after Groupon reportedly rejected at $6 Billion dollar buyout offer.
Ft.com is reporting that Groupon is trying to raise an additional $450 Million or $950 Million total.

The storied domain name Cricket.com has been hit with a UDRP according to records at National Arbitration Forum.

Over $150K In Domains Sold On Sedo On Christmas Day - When I tell people that domaining is a 365 day a year business and I’m on the computer every day of the year including Christmas and New Years they usually give me that, I don’t believe you look, but today Sedo.com racked up $150K in Sales on Christmas day.
Leading the pack was the $100K bid on QWE.com, which we talked about several days ago when we noticed the it.
Next up was a hyphenated domain Luxury-Hotels.com which sold for $17,500.
