Days After Winning A UDRP On uHealth.com, uHealth.org is Lost In UDRP - Just days after a UDRP panel ruled in favor of the Marchex on the domain name uHealth.com, the majority of a three member panel just handed over the domain uHealth.org to the University of Miami. the same complainant in the uHealth.com case. Here the domain holder was Centri Group which was also represented by  John Berryhill. Orbitz Loses UDRP On Orbbitz.com & The Domain Holder Didn’t Even Respond - A one member panel just denied Orbitz USRP on the domain name orbbitz.com Orbitz was represented by CitizenHawk, Inc and according to the panel they did a poor job of pleading its case in which case the respondent didn’t even both to respond. Lawsuit filed to hindrance UrbanHome.com send after UDRP decision - Suit claims WIPO panel was wrong in UrbanHome.com decision. Last week Michael Berkens wrote about a UDRP decision for UrbanHome.com. A WIPO panel ruled that the domain name should be transferred to Urban Home of Oxnard, California. Procter & Gamble guilty of retreat domain name hijacking - Consumer products giant provided false sales numbers to WIPO panel.
