How Can It Take Over 6 Months For A UDRP Decision? YU.com Is Still Pending - Last month we asked how could it take over 5 months for a  UDRP decision. We were talking about the UDRP case for the highly valuable  two letter domain name YU.com. The UDRP was on December 11, 2012 with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). MyBank.com Hit With UDRP - A UDRP has been filed on the domain name MyBank.com. The domain just came off of privacy days ago at Moniker.com MyBank.com was under privacy since 2009 before privacy was removed a few days ago. MyBank.com back in 2009 was owned by another party than currently appears to hold the domain. UDRP Filed on D1.com - A UDRP has just been filed on a very rare two character domain name D1.com. The domain name is owned by Dimension One Spas of  Vista, CA since 2003 and forward to the companies site at d1spas.com The complaint was filed with the National Arbitration Forum however the name of the complainant is not listed. A quick check of the USPTO revealed 11 live trademarks for the term “D1″ some filed as late as 2013. The UDRP was filed on the domain names NJturnpike.com GardenStateParkway.com both which are registered by a  David P Matteo who lives in New Jersey.
