We were talking about the UDRP case for the highly valuable two letter domain name YU.com.
The UDRP was on December 11, 2012 with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Today is June 11th 2013 and there has not been a decision in this case.

MyBank.com Hit With UDRP - A UDRP has been filed on the domain name MyBank.com.
The domain just came off of privacy days ago at Moniker.com
MyBank.com was under privacy since 2009 before privacy was removed a few days ago.
MyBank.com back in 2009 was owned by another party than currently appears to hold the domain.
The domain shows a original registration date of 2002 when it was owned by Berea National Bank which appears to have been the original registrant.

Marchex Gets Hit With UDRP On ZoomTv.com By Owners Of Times Of India - A UDRP has just been filed by Television Division of Bennett, Coleman Company Limited against Marchex on the domain name ZoomTv.com with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
If you thought that the complainant of the UDRP is the owner of Zoom.tv you would be wrong.

indura.com Acquired In a NameJet Auction Saved in UDRP - Jakri ApS of Vildbjerg, Denmark just lost a UDRP decision on the domain name indura.com which was owned by Sanela Jankovic of Copenhagen who represented himself in the proceeding.
The domain was acquired through a NameJet.com auction in just February of this year.

Gucci Wins UDRP on 165 Domain Names - Gucci this morning Won a UDRP seeking 165 domain names which all contain the famous trademark.

Telepathy fends off Valio’s conflict on LGG.com -
Company tries to make claim to LGG.com 15 years after it’s registered.
Telepathy, the domain name company run by domain investor Nat Cohen, has successfully defended his domain name LGG.com in a UDRP.
The complaint was brought by Valio Ltd, a Finnish dairy company and was filed with Czech Arbitration Court.
If you’re not familiar with Telepathy, it owns the largest portfolio of three letter .com domain names in the world, with over 1,000 of them.

Why do people rubbish income filing this arrange of UDRP opposite Name Administration? -
No one has ultimately prevailed after filing a UDRP against Name Administration.
Before you filed a UDRP, you’d think you’d google the domain name’s owner to learn more.
Yet time after time I see people file long shot UDRP complaints against Frank Schilling’s Name Administration.
Today’s winner is the company that filed against Klipz.com.

Samsung Loses UDRP On SamsungHub.com - Sansung has just lost a UDRP on the domain name SamsungHub.com which is being used as a re-directed domain to a site that has Adwords.
Samsung does have a product named Samsung Hub but that just rolled out in 2011, the domain name was registered in 2006

UDRP Filed on D1.com - A UDRP has just been filed on a very rare two character domain name D1.com.
The domain name is owned by Dimension One Spas of Vista, CA since 2003 and forward to the companies site at d1spas.com
The complaint was filed with the National Arbitration Forum however the name of the complainant is not listed.
A quick check of the USPTO revealed 11 live trademarks for the term “D1″ some filed as late as 2013.
Guess we will see who is going to make the Domain King’s list of Reverse Domain Name Hijackers.

UDRP Filed On NJturnpike.com & GardenStateParkway.com, Registered in 1998 - A UDRP has just been filed on the matching domain names of the two major highways in New Jersey.
The UDRP was filed on the domain names NJturnpike.com GardenStateParkway.com both which are registered by a David P Matteo who lives in New Jersey.
The domain name were both registered on the same day back on July 31, 1998.
Mr. Matteo according to DomainTools.com has owned the domain since at least 2001 but could be the original registrant.

UDRP Filed On HarryHenien.com & YoussryHenien.com Which Have A BIG Warning - I just noticed two pretty unusual UDRP for the domain names HarryHenien.com and Youssryhenien.com
I did a quick Google search and found that a there is a Harry Henien out of the UAE that represents himself to be some sort of financial guru:

OnlineBaccarat.com owned by Virtual Clicks For 12 Years Lost in UDRP - Baccarat SA of Baccarat, France just won a UDRP on the domain name onlinebaccarat.com owned by Virtual Clicks of San Diego, California which may have been owned by the domain holder for as many as 12 years.
At the end of the day, the domain holder couldn’t prove to the panel satisfaction that they owned the domain name continuously since it moved to privacy a number of years back. UDRP Panel Denies Claim On JoanCollins.com: Not Enough Evidence That It Was The Real Joan Collins - The decision has been published in the JoanCollins.com UDRP case and basically the panel found the Complainant and/or its representative did a lousy job in the proceeding.
The panel seemed as it would have ruled had the complainant been the real Joan Collins and had they pleaded their case properly with providing supporting evidence which they panel found they did not.

Back in February we told you that Joan Collins had filed a UDRP to gain control over JoanCollins.com
Although the ruling has not been published as of yet today, the decision is in and its a loss for Ms. Collins.
