HomeAway gets 161 domain names with Stayz acquisition - HomeAway’s acquisition of Stayz included a number of descriptive Australian ccTLD domain names. Earlier this month vacation rental company HomeAway bought Australian competitor Stayz for a little over $200 million. The SEC filing about the acquisition lists 161 domain names (pdf) that were included in the deal.
