The non-commercial gripe site at DigicelSucks.com.Mobile phone company Digicel, which is based in Jamaica, has failed to take down the gripe site DigicelSucks.com through a cybersquatting complaint.
The site consists of commentary abut the mobile carrier along with aggregated tweets of people bashing Digicel.

Donald Trump May Own Over 3K Domains But Doesn't Own Trump.org & Isn't Happy About It - Several mainstream websites recently wrote about how many domain names the Trump Organization owns, including BusinessInsider.com that said the Trump Organization owns 3,153 domain names.
boingboing, weighted in with a story entitled “Donald Trump owns vast numbers of web addresses”.
Suntimes.com, published a story entitled “Donald Trump probably already owns your anti-Trump domain name”
Probably is right!

“Occupy” is a new “Sucks” -
The term “occupy” can be similar to “sucks” in a domain name — an indication of a gripe site.
The first element of the uniform domain name dispute resolution policy (UDRP) that a complainant must prove is that the domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark in which the complainant has rights.

Here’s a “sucks” UDRP the complainant will easily win.
Living Spaces Furniture, LLC recently filed a UDRP against the owner of LivingSpacesSucks.com.
Thinking this was perhaps a site created by a disgruntled customer, I typed in the URL and found this:
