Company files UDRP for domain name.
[Update: it turns out the domain was owned by Quantec, LLC/Novo Point, LLC, which is the Ondova portfolio in bankruptcy. The case was terminated by the panel.]
Ubisoft’s official web site for its popular Just Dance game is just-dance-thegame.ubi.com.
That’s a pretty sucky web address, so it’s no wonder that it has filed a UDRP to get the domain name JustDance.com.
Before you scream “but it’s a generic”, you can blame the domain owner for getting into this situation.
The domain is parked and the first three links on it are:
Just Dance 4
Just Dance 3
WII Just Dance 2
You could legitimately own this domain for a number of uses. In fact, earlier this decade it was owned by Just Dance Records & Tapes in Tempe.
JustDance.com is currently protected with a whois privacy service. I expect Ubisoft to win the case given the links on the parked page.

Parking of domain should not be a problem for domain holder, I believe. I hate UDRP!
