mob.info 7500 USD (strong sale)
Andrew Douglas says
Why is mob.info listed as a strong sale? There have been 20 reported .info sales since August that were $5k or greater according to estibot’s sales history. That’s about 1 a week.
Seems about average to me. Maybe you meant something else by saying it was a strong sale.

Seems a very big price for the name to me.
Andrew Douglas says
For a meaningful LLL.info? Maybe you’ve noticed the popularity of crowd sourcing and group buying lately?
Comparables: SMS.info sold for $9k, BWL.info $8.4k and KPN.info sold for $20k.
I would say the buyer got at least a good, if not great, deal.
Oh I remember now. It’s because it’s not .COM. Right!?

I think you’ve chosen the highest sales you can find rather than typical sales. High quality 3 letter .info can be had from $100 at auction and the lower quality names start from about $20, $7500 for mob.info is a very strong sale.
Examples
mag.info – $460
jay.info – 254 euro
rzv.info – $22
Even ultra premium keywords like shoes.info can be had for a few thousand.

I pulled those from estibot with looking just at this year and using the same criteria that the sedo sales were reported here – with a price > $5k.
I hope you aren’t trying to compare apples and oranges
A. reseller/auction prices to end user prices. There’s a significant difference and that’s particularly apparently in .INFO which is largely ignored by “serious” domainers. and
B. RZV.info to MOB.info… seriously?
I see the disparity in prices between reseller and end user as a good thing – a very good thing.
Heaven knows I’m not going to convince you of anything snoop, but what I find surprising is how domainers are largely unaware of the sales trends (particularly of end user sales) in alternate tlds. It’s fine with me though. Keep thinking .info is just another .cc

The same is true for all extensions, talking about mob.info like it is a typical .info sale would be like talking about qwe.com @ 100k and arguing that is typical. These are not prices that the vast majority ever see, they are extremely low odds sales.
DR.DOMAIN says
Kinda’ surprised by ADRESSSEARCH.COM
That’s a handful to have to type.Same thing with WORLDLUXURYHOTELS.COM
Vincent says
The sales price for Villa.es is incorrect.
I cannot say anymore, but ask Sedo and they will confirm.
