I received some spam today that linked to a pretty good new TLD.
Over the summer I received a spam email linking to a .club domain name. The spam didn’t really have anything to do with .club; the domain choice seemed random. The .Club registry acted quickly to take action against the domain name, which is rather unusual for a registry.
Today I received the my spam linking to a new TLD that truly takes advantage of new TLDs, and this might actually be good for the registry: MerryChristmas.cards.
I hate getting spam. Everyone hates it. But in some ways, this spam shows that new TLDs are coming of age.
Frankly, this is a good use of the .cards top level domain name. Although I’m sure the folks at Donuts don’t condone spam, I’m sure they will appreciate people discovering that there are now unique ways to end a domain name.

Donuts has in the fine print if you spam they have the right to seize your name. Lol nobody reads the fine print just like they have the right to increase pricing 1000% if they choose on renewals.
Proper term is Christmas Cards

i’ve received a few spam emails from people suggesting i register. the club version of my keywordclub.com domain names. the stupid thing was, the domains they were suggesting i register were already registered months previously. i am not sure who sent out those emails but if they are going to spam, they should at least do it right.

I received one of those, too.
