OK, apparently the e-mail I received from GoDaddy stating that the domain I bid and paid for a month ago is now mine was a little premature…
After not finding the domain in my account, I e-mailed GoDaddy’s customer service. They first sent a generic support email to me saying that domains can take 60 days from the date of auction before they become yours. Thanks, but that’s not what I asked. I asked why the domain wasn’t in my account when I received an e-mail saying it was! I replied to the support email, and got a response that the domain appears to still be in the redemption period. If I want more help, I am to contact TDNAM directly.
