Guide covers the growing number of top level domain options.
Domain name registrar Com Laude and sister company Valideus, both in the business of managing domain names for brands, released the third edition of the Domain Name Gazetteer today.
A gazetteer is a geographical index or dictionary, and that aptly describes the publication.
It features 1,200 top level domain names, each with information about restrictions, purpose, links to dispute policies, etc. It’s a handy datasheet, if you will, about all of the domain name options available.
The gazetteer also has a compelling intro about the state of new top level domain names, albeit with an angle on the role .brand domain names can play.
A copy can be requested through Com Laude here.
